For 30 years, the Construction Code has required new constructions in Quebec to be equipped with an air exchanger to promote better ventilation and air quality. However, not all of these air exchangers are equipped with the heat recovery system, which has only been required since 2012.
This technology transfers heat from the outgoing air to the incoming air, without the two coming into contact. By conserving the heat from the energy used for heating, it is therefore possible to benefit from great energy and heating savings.

3. Condensing Tankless Water Heater: $500 Cash Incentive
This tool, also known as an instantaneous water heater, heats water on demand, unlike other models that store hot water in tanks. The water from the aqueduct passes directly through the pipes and is then heated to the desired temperature with a gas burner.
