The advantages of the sprayer
The pre-rinse sprayer, commonly used in commercial kitchens, removes food residue from the dishes with a powerful jet of water before washing them in a dishwasher. This pre-rinse operation alone can account for up to one-third of all hot water used in a commercial kitchen.
Older models of pre-rinse sprayers can consume up to 5 gallons of hot water per minute. The eco-efficient sprayer uses only 0.7 gallon per minute, reducing water consumption and water heating costs by approximately 85%.
