PAY YOUR BILL
Gazifère offers various ways of paying your bill: by mail or through your financial institution (online, telephone banking, automated banking machine or at your local branch). Our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan and Budget Billing Plan are also a very practical options.
Please note that your Gazifère bill must be paid within 15 days of the billing date.
Pre-authorized Payment Plan
Make your life easier! When you sign up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAPP), the full amount of your natural gas bill will be withdrawn each month from your bank account on the payment due date. If you have not signed up for online billing with Gazifère, you will continue to receive your monthly billing statement by mail.
Join the Plan now by filling out the online form. There is no charge for joining the PAPP, and you can cancel at any time without incurring any cancellation charges.

Budget Billing Plan
For easier budgeting, Gazifère suggests that you sign on to our Budget Billing Plan (BBP). This simple and practical service allows you to spread the total cost of your annual natural gas consumption over twelve monthly payments.
When you join the BBP, we will determine the amount of your monthly payment. To reflect your consumption and any variation in the cost of natural gas, your monthly payment is revised twice a year: in March or April and in September, when Gazifère calculates the monthly payment for the following year.
Customers leasing appliances from Gazifère should note that monthly leasing charges are not included in your BBP.
There is absolutely no charge to join the BBP and you may cancel at any time, without incurring any cancellation charges.

Credit card payment
Customers registered to Customer Center can pay their bill by credit card. The payment service provider Paymentus* accepts Visa and MasterCard. Please allow up to 3 days for your payment to be processed.
*For every credit card payment, Paymentus will charge 1.75% of the payment amount. These service fees will be added directly to your credit card statement. For example, if your payment is $100, Paymentus will charge $1.75 in service fees.
By phone
You can pay your invoice by credit card through the Paymentus* automated phone system. The payment service provider accepts Visa and MasterCard. Contact the Paymentus call center at 1-844-851-5625.
To make your payment, enter your information by using the telephone keypad. Be sure to have your credit card and last Gazifère invoice at hand. Enter your 20-digit Gazifère account number located in the top right-hand corner of your invoice, as well as the amount you wish to pay. Note, the first 10 digits represent the customer number and the last 10 digits the account number. Allow up to 3 days for your payment to be processed.
