    Description of the pre-admission process

    Please note that Gazifère processes pre-admission requests on a first-come first-served basis and based on its budget. Thus, Gazifère reserves the right to deny requests. If your pre-admission request is denied, you will be informed of the reason why. If it is accepted, the amount of financial assistance ($100) will be guaranteed for up to 90 business days. Your proof of purchase must be submitted within those 90 working days. Acceptance of a pre-admission request does not constitute confirmation of acceptance of a specific project. Gazifère must have all of the documents requested under the program in order to be able to assess the information provided.

    Acceptance of your pre-admission request

    Gazifère will confirm acceptance of your request for pre-admission within 5 working days email.

    IMPORTANT: PRE-ADMISSION TO THIS PROGRAM IS MANDATORY. GAZIFÈRE WILL NEED TO RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FOR PRE-ADMISSION WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOUR SMART THERMOSTAT.

    I declare that my new smart thermostat will be connected to the natural gas central heating appliance, and will be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical specifications.


    Financial assistance details

    $100 in financial assistance will be applied to an upcoming Gazifère invoice. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks.
