If you are not satisfied with the response, submit your complaint in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If necessary, an agent can help you formulate your complaint. Within 60 days of receiving your written complaint, Gazifère’s decision will be sent to you.
If you have received a notice of interruption or your service has already been interrupted, you can submit your complaint in writing to email@example.com. A decision will be sent to you in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
